2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Because I think it's time for someone to take charge that has enough time to be active, has a good amount of experience and is a natural born leader. I have noticed that the leaders of legal orgs all had a short lived term because of certain situations/issues. One of the main reasons, is in my opinion, maturity.
2.2 Since I joined the city I have been actively working in legal orgs. I have quickly gained a good amount of experience within LSPD and FIB. Most people in the legal org systems like me for how I handle situations. I am known to be calm, take charge and always be fair with my colleagues. My past roles in LSPD was Chief of Staff and for FIB I was chief of staff as well. I had a short moment of gang life, to see how things work on the other side but quickly decided to return to the legal org side since I feel at home there already.
2.3 Pull your weight! I will appoint every single person high command roles within the FIB if they deserve it. Even if I know people, if someone else comes up and asks for a certain role, and proof to me that they suit the rank better, then they will get it. The whole of FIB and finishing a term, with the focus on second term, is more important then pleasing someone with a rank. So, NO RANK HUNTERS in FIB!
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Acting how FIB should act. No random masks on people, no solo hero missions, acting professional on the field, taking charge in situations that need FIB to actually take charge. SO basically, make sure FIB works as FIB should work.
- Events where we include the other legal orgs. At least twice in my term, I will make sure we hold a global event for all civilians. The daily events will be attended as well. To be sure of this, the High Commanders will be people from different time zones.
- The HR and IA division will have huge responsibilities. Proper training and briefing is important. I will make sure that EACH day there will be a small meeting in our HQ, where we will go over the needs, questions and comments of each and every one. This is necessary to keep simple mistakes away, like entering ghetto without any additional agents.
- Make sure the evidences are done in a correct way. I want my undercover team to constantly provide the FIB with valid evidence so we can keep the armory of the gangs as empty as possible.
- The chain of command will be something we keep in our heads. Each department will have their own leader. Each leader is held responsible for their department. The departments will be chosen by skill. Is someone inactive, or lacks skill, even if I count them as my friend, their role will be replaced with someone better suited for the job.
- Every agent will receive attention, every agent will get promotions and bonusses when deserved.
- Assigning specific undercover agents to every legal org and Illegal orgs to keep an eye on any illegal activities performed to stop the corruption.
- Making use of the new checkpoint systems trough out the city. I expect every agent to at least do checkpoint duty once in a while.
- Using the correct roleplay etiquette. No screaming or fooling around while on duty, correct way of logging and evidence. Good RP stories being created with criminals, correct handeling of robberies, hostage situations, arrests and UC work.
- Have specific people handle negotiations. And there will be training for negotiations. So even high ranking agents will regularly receive training to learn about certain situations.
- Spec ops will lead the events. They will take charge in shoot outs, like ACC, bank protection, prison break, subs and more. I will have plans for every department, with each their own role and job to fulfil within the FIB.
