Hello.

Firstly, the Bloods were not inside their HQ when this incident occurred.

Secondly, this video in no way proves that this guy was metagaming information to his gang. You chose to rob him in a very visible location, and several purple cars drove by before the shooting began. They could have simply just seen you and decided to go help their gang member.

There is not enough evidence in this report.
