Dear John Spectre
I didnt RDM him or shoot him without demands it was the left over components event and that was the location for it so i shot him because he was near the parachute so i killed them also it didnt look like he was trying to use the repair shop because he got out of the car and had a revolver in his hand which made it even more sus that he was also here for left over components therefore i shot at him and killed him. I am more than happy to show you pov that it actually was left over components just let me know.
