Dear Mahzor,
I am writing to request an unban of my account, as I was falsely accused of cheating. I did not intentionally use any cheating software or techniques, but rather I was trying to download a free version of Photoshop in order to create weapon skins for the game. Unfortunately, during this process I ended up downloading a virus that caused my account to be banned. Since December 2, 2022, I have not had access to the banned accounts and have been unable to play the game. I understand the seriousness of cheating and I assure you that I had no intention of doing so. I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I hope to be able to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be able to play the game again and prove that I am a fair and honest player.
