Hello, i do not have any proofs to put here because i don't even know when did i planted solar panel in hq. I was busy OOC all day and just attended 2 informals. Iso Marine just told me that i planted solar panel in hq? As an ex deputy (just told vlad to take my deputy because of being busy ooc) i wouldn't even do that. Have no clue about that solar panel either, haven't bought any panels ever before. I assume that you can check it. Also i have seen lots of members planting solar panels inside hq but never got caught i guess.
