Dear Mazhor ,
When I wanted to come online on Monday morning, I realized that my log in data is not correct, but I myself have not changed my password or email.
When I realized that I can't reset my password either because my email had changed, I wrote to Technick Support and wanted to refund my account
At the time I was the leader of a top 20 family and we were doing well to get into the top of the best families, but when I heard that all members of the Family were kicked out I realized my account was hacked and the hacker can now do what he wants...
I wrote to the Chief Administrator Justin Winter the same morning and asked if he could ban my account for security reasons until Technical Support answered me and he agreed and allegedly banned the account
however, we noticed that my account was only blocked after 24 hours and that permanent,
When support finally restored my account after 3 days, I tried to log in and I see, "Your account has been suspended for 9998 days. Reason: General rule 1.1"
I myself find the rule General rule 1.2 really stupid, because you can't attack anything for hacking and I think that after I have the account again, I should be unblocked because I've put a lot of time into my account, and I would find a permanent ban really unfair
I would be happy if you accept my request and unlock me because everyone can be hacked!
