Life Story: Donte Was born as Darnel Newporte in 1993 By Al and Bonny Shepard in Paleto Bay, no longer operating due to Illegal practice's, to Bonny Newporte and AL Shepard. Shortly after His Birth, Darnel name was changed due to Family Troubles with the mafia and other crime familys. While growing up Donte (Darnel Newporte) Learned pick-pocketing and how to move around crime and through the City, he fell into a life of Drugs and illegal activity. Where donte met the lowest of the low and seen the highest of highs, (on drugs and drugs) Darnel Moved massive quantities of narcotics from the main land to the island of Caio perico, Owned by the Biggest Drug Dealer and Producer (Music and Drugs) Von Diesel. Moving every 2 weeks to avoid capture of the Fib and the Narcotic Task-force and SAHP's Narcotic Investigative Team. Selling Drugs during the day and Playing and Partying at night clubs. Darnel was Living it up while young then moved on to legal Jobs in the City from package boy to Flying a plane, Transporting illegal Goods. During one of his flights some Turbulence came out of nowhere, the plane went down in a Stall spiral. Donte got out safe but his best friend did not. (parachute failed to Deploy). Darnel was traumatized, after receiving medical attention donte had to live for his best friend. He Changed his name and started clean, Fresh and being all he can be.
Career Story: Soon after Darnels Life of crime was over he Decided to go Legal. Changed his name to Donte Shepard. Off to Service agent Donte Shepard. Where he Learned different types of people, Served Some Time as a SS Agent working for the gov, Donte was granted wisdom of the way gov works. Eventually served in the National Guard, Made bonds with Different Soldiers serving from different types of Back Grounds weather they are past criminals, or good ole boys and girls. Made unbreakable bonds with the soldiers Serving next to each other, Donte then Found SAHP. Where He moved through the ranks from probe to Chief of staff over time Donte Showed Himself and what he could do for the Origination. Some time passed he learned what he could get away with and what he can't. Growing knowledge of the State and all of its short cuts, Donte grew aware of the crime and activity. SAHP thought Donte how to lead and make decisions based on the situation severity. Donte was then Given the Rank U.S. Marshal, a Prestigious rank in sahp. While a Marshal, Donte got to know Faith and Respect for all Leo Organizations in the State.
Outcomes:
1 Donte can take Bribes up too 100K in Situations in Event His partner is away.
2 Donte can use any (illegal and legal) Weapons to defend him self in Situations that require him to do so (Note:Organization weapons are off limits)
3 While off duty Donte can use his Scanner for the SAHP radio and listen for SAHP Movement
4 Donte can take someone off the wanted list, let them free, or lower their sentence
5 Donte can Destroy body-cams using [/try command again twice only] if he feels compromised
6 Donte brings his Badge everywhere to help him in and out situations
7 Donte can take a part in family events like store robbery a relay Intel to SAHP responders VIA secret radio
8 Donte can break any state law (Penal code, COP, procedure for detention and arrest act, etc) whether on- or off-duty
