2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) FIB is one of the most essential organization in the city, sadly FIB is not on its best level. According to me I am the best suitable option for the post of Director as to become the perfect Director you need 3 things. Coach a director needs to Coach its agents so they can work even without the Director, Decision Maker the Director needs to be a good decision maker, Team Player me as an director will make sure that me and my agents have a good relationship. I should be the Director as I am Hardworking, Intelligent, Visionary and strategist.
2) Personally I have a lot of experience and I am the Head of Department in FIB at the moment. I learned about Leadership when I was Leader of LSPD and VAGOS in en1. If I am chosen as the Leader I will make sure all agents are on duty and completing a minimum task given by Human Resources. In my term there will be many missions so that the agents never get bored.
3) Departments in my term are gonna be simple and crazy and the same time. I have chosen 4 departments
- Human Resources
- Special Operations
- Under Cover Agents
- Criminal Investigation Division
As the Leader I will be having strong Heads of Department and chief of staff who will check the departments everyday and report back to me.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- My agents will always be active and not just standing in Garage.
- We will have 1 gang raid every week
- We will have daily Border Patrol
- FIB will have training with other organizations
- Undercover agents will do regular busts
- No rule breaking in my term the agent will be fired on the spot
- Regular Bonuses to all departments and agents
- Special Operation missions will be done everyday
- We will have special task force with LSPD and SAHP to reduce crime rate that is grown in city.
- We will have recruitment everyday and hire new people.
