The Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I would like to be the leader of FIB as following-
- My out performing experience in Low Enforcement Agency
- From the starting of my journey on Grand RP en servers, I have always been in Law Enforcement agencies (Leo). I tried out everything from collecting evidence to making a casefile. I have expertise in this work from starting.
- I know how to make the things work, I started my journey in FIB in en1 as a Field agent (1year ago) then got promoted to Special agent. In en2, I worked from rank Elite Agent and then I have been HOD for 2 times. (Hr and Spec ops).
- I have been the best negotiator of all the times, I have dealt with every type of situation being in FIB in past. I can perform my duties without any lack of knowledge or any lack of confidence.
- Full stop on illegal activities
- We all know how the Vagos gang is taking over the state. It's just because the laziness of state employees. I want to take strong actions against the gangs.
- I can guarantee that FIB would be able to combat the crimes in my leadership. I know each angle from where to start and where to end.
- For ex- Raiding the gangs, raiding blackmarket, hood watchover, GP, sending secret spies, and list goes on.
- Just like fire cuts fire, devil fights with devil, similar to that only a clapper knows how to fight with a clapper. I m fit to provide the training, I can host sessions to teach the proper way to attack and to defend. With proper tactics, even a revolver can cause a big a damage.
- I can build that mindset to all the members of my org which would help them to sense the situation and to take the actions according to that.
- High activity and professionalism
- One thing that I have learnt as being former leader of state orgs x2 times that, if you are a leader, you will have to maintain the brand value of your org. We can better describe it off is by getting people's opinion and their interest of joining your org.
- I have the capability to maintain the value of the org. I can hire a lot active people into the org, professionalism will be maintained by me as well.
- I have worked in all the divisions from Undercover to Drug enforcement. I m highly acknowledged for this job, I have my plans already. State is very instable because of factors that don't let them complete even 15 days, I work perfectly with my work, FIB will always be active and running under my leadership.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
Public Relation and press
- For building the brand value of the org, PR is the best way out of many other ways. PR is best in many ways, from making press for citizens, to show case the work of the federal police.
- FIB is not just made for undercover, anyone can follow their passion. For ex- I like to do making vids and writing articles along with undercover, then it would be awesome. People would get to be engaged in their activity. That's the best thing that any leader could do.
The engagement of the leader
- As far as I have seen, in any org where the leader is interactive then the org members do like to work in the org. With a active leader, the org always stay active and very interactive.
- With an active leader, org members do not face internal issues generally. If the leader will keep an eye on the org then there would not issues. Which means, indirectly.
Favoritism
- Org members are here to work. They would not like to see favoritism in the org. This is the most depression thing that I have ever seen.
- It's hard to maintain this thing, because every person things that he/she deserves a good rank. Fortunately, with good communication skill, high commands can prevent this issue in my leadership.
- People will not get promotion on every single day. It's definitely a creepy idea. In my opinion, people should be promoted in a promotion ceremony, there are few reasons behind it.
Good communication skills
- We can interact with everyone with a good communication skills. It's very important skill to have in every federal agents.
- Federal agents do have capability to take over any situation, they must have this skill to handle the situations perfectly.
- I won't include this thing in training, this will be taught in special federal sessions. Everything has it's own value, everything is important at it's place.
