Dear Mazhor,
I committed a rule break and was therefore justifiably banned for Reason 4.1 by Professor Diablo.
I was standing in my snow iglo yesterday afternoon afk and had a macro running to collect snow while I was away from the PC. I was not aware until the ban that macros are counted as bots. I realize my mistake and I will stop using Macros for ingame activities. I deeply regret what I did and would love to undo it. I have been on Grand for a long time and this is my first major punishment. I would appreciate a second chance on Grand to play with my friends on it. Of course I will delete the macro from my PC and will not use it again. I promise to have written the truth in all points and I would be happy about a reduction of my punishment.
I ask for goodwill!
