This complaint is for Mazhor. I spoke with Lebron Pluxury regarding the issue involving my ban and would like to attempt to appeal it again. I understand now and only after a conversation with Lebron as is shown in other forums such as Rejected - Ban for general rule 1.6 I Harry king that this is a rule break however I did not know that such a thing was considered a rule break. I was explained that this rule break falls under 1.6 The attempt to sell/buy game property for real money is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN However I never attempted to sell/buy any in game property for real money which is IRL money and the rules does not state that offering someone anything to remove a forum is breaking this rule because it clearly states "in game property" which a forum is completely ooc and I'm sure nobody can see how this would be considered in-game property. I also did not offer any IRL money in exchange for this either. See this screenshot here as evidence it is an unedited screenshot.
The person from this screenshot is from the following forum report: Approved - RDM and Mercy Killing |ID 60783 in the bottom of the screenshot because it doesn't show the full message but I said "If you agree I will compensate you fairly" however the compensation could be any of the things mentioned in the message including an IC arrest which would have been completely legal as he said he was seeking "justice" and I simply would have turned myself in. I said "I want to ask you to remove the forum which is unfair to you" which is very different from me saying "remove this forum I will pay you". I didn't just outright tell him hey man take this down, I addressed his issue, and took responsibility for it, and apologized to him. Which I do believe was the right thing to do considering how upset he was. The only reason I sent him this message in the first place was because I was genuinely trying to be nice, I of course did want to save my friend from punishment, but I did very clearly understand that it was clearly unfair to him and that was the reasoning why I apologized and told him I WANT to ask him to remove the report. I also did say IF I needed to compensate him, to let me know.
I would like to ask for another chance, knowing that others have had their appeals rejected for doing the same thing I do believe this case is different. I also do believe if such a thing is a rule break that it should be included in the rules in more detail as I explained to Lebron Pluxury that I had no knowledge that such a thing violated a rule, others are likely to violate just as others in the past have. I would like to continue playing in the server, and I would like to continue producing content on my YouTube channel regarding Grand RP as I never intend to violate rules like this that involve getting banned.
