The three brothers, who could not stand the bullying and ill-treatment in their own city, come to Los Santos and make a promise to each other not to let anyone experience what they have experienced in their own city, and they begin to live in peace, trust and respect. They start working to find other like-minded city dwellers and bring peace to Los Santos. Of course, they need help as they cannot do it on their own. They get help from their old friends. After they grow up and become stronger, they are ready to provide the necessary peace in the city. Their goals have always been forward. They never held back from any conflict or argument and did everything to protect their friends and eventually they achieved the result they wanted and had a say in the city.
Compass Family Rules:
1-No racism, sexism or bullying will be tolerated.
2- Show equal respect and love to every individual regardless of rank, age and position in the family.
3-City rules must be followed, learned and followed.
4-Family members should stand together and protect each other.
5-Do not be involved in any event that will cause harm to the family and the person.
6-Family clothes should be worn during family activities.
7-Be honest. Immorality should always be avoided.
Ranking System:
1-New Family Member (New family member learning city rules and operation)
2-Experienced (Members who have learned the necessary rules and operation)
3- Discipline (Family member who supervises whether the members comply with family rules and will make the necessary inspections)
4-Management (General management of the family and family manager)
5-Boss (Large family member with access to all kinds of organization of the family)
6-Founder (Head and founder of the family)
