I, Luni Tunes (ID:34465), was permanently suspended by Jackson Clark on January 14, 2023 for Warehousing.
Also, I would like to insert here as proof why I possessed weapons from a government organization.
How did it come about.
On January 10, 2023, I received a warning from Dane Xozis for CL/Zinc refusal. I then contacted the person and told you the facts of how this could have happened. Again to understand the situation, I was driving on the East Highway with my friend, in the process we were tempted to be zinc'd and we both got headaches. We let ourselves wake up at the same place again on highway , drove back to RP the situation fairly . Unfortunately, the people who had tried to zinc us were no longer on site. So we looked for them and found them again. We then let them zing us and take everything the gentlemen wanted from us. We then both got a warning because of the above and as I said I talked to the admin, who then took the warning away from me because he believed my statement and I should still send him the relevant evidence. These I let him come, only this was rejected because my proof was a small second too short, which I could then also understand. With the first warning the Admin Dane Xozis took also all my weapons from my state organization from me and by the fact that he took my warning provisionally, the organization employed me again. Since my evidence was just too short, I got my warning from Dane Xozis again. By the fact that I was active again in the state organization, I had of course again my service weapons and service equipment with me. Since I got my warning again, but still had the equipment, I wrote to Dane Xozis again. You see this also in the attached files, which I send along, only these are in German.
Now it came then on 14 January 2023 to the fact that Jackson Clark blocked me permanently, because of Warehousing, because my husband was active also with the national organization once, a weapon of this organization with itself carried and with its arrest by the FIB this was determined. Since in the state of DE1 everybody knows everybody, it was known that my husband is this, although as written above and/or in the attached proofs is to be seen that I addressed this and there was no interest to take the service articles from me, as with the first warning of Dane Xozis, it came now to the fact that I became now permanently banned.
When I was permanently banned by Jackson Clark, I contacted him about it and he referred me to Dylan Schnapp, who unfortunately was a little bit unresponsive. Since it was not really possible for me to come to an agreement with Dylan Schnapp, I turned to Vincent Xozis, who unfortunately did not help me either and pointed out that I had to file a complaint and a request for unbanning. I don't want to complain about Jackson Clark, because he only did it on behalf of Dylan Schnapp. One should consider only all this, how the whole came about, with the articles which I still have and/or had from my former national organization in the possession. Clearly it was not in order from me to keep the articles, only I did not see it also in the moment these to deliver or to drop, since I was very frustrated that my proof to my warning, unfortunately too short was and my own organization me even in the back fell. Of course this does not make the thing good and justifies the whole, nevertheless I hope very much that one on the basis of this tricky situation nevertheless again a chance is given to me in the state to be able to act actively again with.
Gladly all objects I still own from this state organization can be taken from me (wich are not much).
I am sorry in any case, that it came to this and that will i future no longer occur.
