hello dear admins,
like 2 days ago i was got ban because of bug abuse, lemme explain everything. so we was waiting for the change name in DOC and we was like 3-4 people there. i waited 10 minute and the guy ask me to take him to wheelchair. i was near the door and i take him to wheel chair then he get of and get in from door. I wasn't know he was can do something like that. I was cant play because of school and holiday is coming and i wanna play on this project because i love this project so much. i know i did a mistake but i really wasn't know that and im very sad now. if you can't open my ban please make it half i wanna play

For this reason, I was banned for 5 days, is there a list about the duration of the penalties or can the admin give it as he wishes?

i accept 5 days bc i did a mistake but isnt 30 days is too much right?

according to rules ban can be up to 30 days
and u should not violate server rules and if ur complain was without false stories ur ban could be reduced - but for lying in complain about situation, u get ur full time ban
