Hello to the Admins reviewing this complaint, I believe I was banned unfairly over a situation that happened with my leadership a few days ago, Before outlining why I would like to be unbanned, let me briefly explain the circumstances that led to this scenario.
13/01/2023
Removed from Leadership with little communication.
On 13th the Friday of January when this incident happened, I was informed with barely any communication that I was being removed from FIB Leadership as the curators posted in the High Command channel " High Command, Who wants to be temp director" Not only was this lack of communication and I was still in confusion whether they were serious or not. Then it was after they tagged me in a discord channel where they show me what happened overnight" transfer from SAHP to FIB without leaders approval" I will get more into what happened but during the time of the incident of the transfer I was sleeping and was only pinged once early on when the curators where speaking in curators chat about the transfer but never attempted to ping me after or get a response from me and try to understand the situation.
The Transfer.
As I have stated, none of the leaders were made aware of the transfer of an officer from SAHP to FIB.
In the short amount of time I had to assess the situation before to losing my position as director, I learned that a SAHP "Officer" had informed the SAHP Human Resources Team that he would be leaving SAHP to join The FIB.
When he arrived at the FIB HQ, none of my agents could determine that he was a former SAHP officer, so they interviewed him (we can try to get the bodycam if requested) just like we would with any other regular civilian.
In State Rule 1.2 it states the following " It is forbidden to transfer your members of the organization into another organization" In this scenario, the transfer from your organization (SAHP) into another(FIB) was made and not the other way around. When I approached the curators about this, they claimed that the SAHP Officer's decision to come to FIB was motivated by my Human Resources Team telling him that he would obtain a higher rank if he did, but they failed to provide any documentation to support this claim. I explained to them that I was asleep and was unaware of what had occurred, and one of the curators responded by saying, "Because you are not up to date with your organization," which I firmly believe is incorrect and practically every agent in my FIB Term will agree with me on. Although I have made mistakes throughout my time, they have only brought me closer to FIB.
As previously indicated, this transfer was from SAHP to FIB, yet Elon Moose, the leader of SAHP, received no punishments; only my FIB was given one.
My Mistakes.
I have made lots of mistakes as a director but that's what makes us human, We can't be successful without failing. I will list what my mistake was in this specific situation and how I will not let this happen again.
My Mistake in this situation was not being clear with my Human Resources Team on what they are allowed to do and what they are not as well as being more in touch and assisting Human Resources.
How will I do better in the future?
I believe everyone deserves a second chance and for me leading FIB was one of my best times in Grand RP I will do all I can and keep trying until I can achieve that position once again as a true leader who never gives up.
If I am appointed Leader once again I will make sure to be in touch much more with all my departments, Answer their questions, Do much more weekly meetings, Set all the rules clear, and COMMUNICATE MORE.
This is unfortunate because I was hosting a Global event 4 hours after I was removed and would have remained as a director if the situation hadn't occurred. Even though I'm sad it happened, I can now use what I learned to ensure that I don't make the same mistakes again when leading organizations. Since mistakes are natural, the best course of action is to learn from them.
Overall.
Despite the fact that there is only one day left, I am glad to report that I have grown from my mistakes and am prepared to rejoin the world of roleplay. I don't dislike the FIB curators; they have been the friendliest, most helpful, and supportive curators ever, and I am grateful that they helped me during my time. I respectfully ask that my ban from Grand Roleplay English Server #3 be lifted.
