2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I have been in a lot of gangs as High command and even a low command as i see how gangs operate some are good some are bad I want to be leader because I enjoy being in a gang and feel if i was leader i can bring my gang a lot of numbers have the most active gang and even show the new people what it is like to be in a gang I know a lot of people would want to be in a gang but don't know where to start that's where i come in a show them what it's like to be in a gang as well as the pros and cons of being in a gang
2) I would also like to be the leader of this gang because marabunta the most unactive gang and has always been and if i get leader I plan to change that, marabunta was always unactive don't matter who was leader I plan to make marabunta the most active gang if I become leader as well as well as have some good rp with other gangs and LEO.
3) Another reason why I would love to be the leader of this gang is because a lot of people want to join a gang but don't know where to start or what to do as a gang member if I become leader I can help them understand what's it's like to be a gangster and have fun and enjoy roleplay as one as well as the rank system a lot of people join gangs an automatically want a high rank my opinion nothing is given u have to earn it if i see you are active and doing and helping the gang u get rewarded everyone likes rewards so if I get leader I will make my gang the most fun and enjoyable gang.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization
My advice for improving roleplay is to always hire people that know all the rules and people to listen to the high commands as well as learning and using proper rp commands to improve the roleplay and have fun while doing i will make sure everyone who joins the gang knows the server rules as well as use the proper rp commands and a leader has to lead by example so they see me roleplaying they will do the same and overall have a good roleplay experience.
