Hi Kev, Thankyou for acknowledging in your message that this is not any fault of mine. Unfortunately as the video was of a decent length and is viable I had to base my decision fairly on what was provided to me in the evidence on the report and that was of RDM without reason. Nevertheless should you be able to provide valid evidence to justify he was given a warning/demands or there was valid RP Etc. I am sure that will be looked at and taken into consideration from the Chief Administrators who shall review this complaint.

Should valid evidence be provided to justify your claims I will let my seniors make a decision based on that. As I said I was only able to act upon and justify the POV and evidence provided to me and based on that alone I believe my decision was fair in those circumstances.

I very much appreciate your kind words and acknowledgement. This will have to be left to a Senior to make a decision on this matter as its a complaint against me. But your words of acknowledgement above and what you provided will be taken into consideration by them. Thanks
