Additional information
1. Leader of EMS
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: I joined the city as it first got established and served my first time at LSPD learning the basics, I had no idea how prevalent gang life was and enjoyed a steep learning curve. During my time as LSPD I saw many terrible things, crime, violence, and some of the "criminals" may have just been trying to make money for food. As the first term at LSPD ended, I decided to go to EMS for employment as I wanted to help these people who were injured. I started as a trainee and progressed to First responder within a week. I was not able to reach all of the areas of the city to help all people, so after further time, I applied to become an Air Rescue Officer (ARO) and used my flying skills to quickly navigate the whole city. As I was doing my duties to the best of my abilities, I started to progress through the ranks, achieving Dean, and then shortly after Head of ARO division. During this time I gave other paramedics training and gave the test so others could use Air Ambulance. After this I became Division Chief as I was seen as a trusted member. During this time, Kavya Royal took over as Chief and after working together for a while Kavya made me her Deputy Chief. I did not dream of this, expect it, or even ask for it, but I only thought about EMS the whole time. I kept working hard, and no matter what my rank was, I was always the first to respond when lobbys were empty, or any help was needed. As I continued, Kavya ran into some issues and our other Deputy was busy with other priorities, at which point, I became temp leader. This was a total surprise, to which I replied "It would be an honor and a priviledge!"
2.2 : Since becoming leader, I have noticed a few things that could be easily changed to make a lot more run smoother, and to spread the workload across different HC, there is currently a small number who cover most of the work, I would like to reward these hard workers and continue to build a team to keep EMS on TOP.
2.3 : The reason I joined EMS in the first place was to help people in need. Now EMS is in need , and I am here to help.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
I have already been in talks with psychologists who are looking for qualified EMS to offer services to people who have suffered PTSD to offer any after care needed due to traumatic experiences, this could be LSPD, NG or even people who may or may not have a criminal background. At EMS we never discriminate, and will always offer equal care to anybody (except adrenaline)
Additional Information : I am currently the Temp Chief of EMS and so transition into the next term would be smooth as old staff will remain and only a few small changes are needed to make our jobs a lot easier. I have been in the city since it was established, only out of ORG employment for a few days when LSPD first term ended. I have never been arrested, or even partaken in ANY illigal activity. I feel this is the correct way for EMS staff (any org to be honest) to act, and will continue to do the same, and remove any corruption from HC.
I thank you for your time reading this, and hope I am given a fair consideration. All I want to do is keep EMS on TOP!!
