Life as a child
After being dropped several times on his head by nurses after being born Sam stayed in a coma until he moved to Vice City in the early 2002s. His trauma caused him to have high IQ and impeccable observation and reasoning skills. He never knew his parents, and was raised by his mentor Blu Blu, never went to school yet spoke 4 languages. At 16 he was caught counting cards in Caligula’s Palace, Las Venturas, another time he was arrested for robbing a gun store on The Great Ocean Highway. Seeing him getting into the life of crime and getting involved with gang members, his mentor decided to help him mend his ways and motivate him to go clean and asked him to join her campaign of Governorship.
Upon winning the campaign he was given a paper pusher job just so he could earn a living and look after his needs. Sam Blu was very new to town when he was offered the job and was only 18 years old. He worked in the Government for about 9 to 10 Years and learned his ways. He worked up to the position of being USSS Director but then he quit because of some internal issues. this had a negative impact, and his old dark side showed its face again as he joined a gang after resigning his post. Then he decided to transfer to the Los Santos Police Department, this was because when he was in the Gang, and he didn’t enjoy the low life of the gang members.
When Sam Blu joined the Los Santos Police Department, he was able to become a field training officer which helped him learn more about the organization and how it works. Sam also learned a lot when he was in the LSPD he learned how to make an advanced body cam that can fit in his glasses or hide it in his clothes which will be able to be record 24/7.
Sam was good at his job and quickly earned his Chief's trust and promotions and worked up to being Internal Affairs. He learned how to get the truth out of people by being able to beat them up and find intel about gangs. He also can get away with stuff that could benefit him or the organization. Also, when he got promoted to Assistant Chief he went through intense training on firearms and does not show fear unless 3 people are pointing guns at him.
After leaving LSPD, Sam joined the gang life again as his dark side was not fulfilled by the restrictions of the legal organizations and the lower salaries weren't exactly paying the bills. He joined the Bloods Street Gang and quickly became the Underboss as he was very good at the gang life and a natural at criminal activities. A little while later one day, he killed someone in the ghetto and walked up to the unconscious person to rob him, when he discovered that person was his long-lost friend Masta Killa, he quickly helped his friend and apologized and the two got to talking and catching up. Masta told Sam that he was currently the governor of the city, and he would really like to have his old friend work beside him again, and deep-down Sam also felt the guilt of letting his dark side take over to the point where he couldn't even recognize his friends anymore. Sam decided to accept his offer and immediately started working on making amends. He joined the Government back in USSS, the same place he left from and worked his way up by roving himself worthy of being the right-hand man to the Governor and was appointed as his Chief of Staff.
After coming back to the side of the law, Sam Blu has still not been able to get rid of a lot of traits which can be counted as being corrupt. The outcomes of his life in the city are:
1. Sam is able to take bribes up to 100.000$
2.Sam knows the importance of proof because of his time in government so he always has a hidden camera recording that he turns on every morning.
3. Sam is able to take items from criminals for himself.
4. Sam is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive USSS, FPS and LSPD training.
5. Sam can break open and search cars for illegal items. (IC reason)
6. Sam is able to take suspects bodycam and smash them to stop them from recording (using /try)
7. Sam has radio on him 24/7 to listen to GOV while not on duty. (To gather information)
8.Sam has access to black market to buy and sell guns and drugs (not org weapons).
9. Sam can go into ghetto by himself on/off duty. (On duty with IC reason, off duty because he owns a house in the ghetto)
10. Sam is always connected to the GOV cloud via his PDA.
11. Sam can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands.
