First Of All, I am Very Focused On My Work, AS an Example, In Starting with Server 3 I joined EMS As A fresher, And Still, I am the oldest ems employee.
its Been 2+ Months Passed in ems, I saw many ups and down and I think I gained much experience as a hc(coe) or as an ems employee that how ems works, AS EMS, is a very Active Org in City and I know Everything about ems, and I can handle it smoothly. That's, why I want to, became chief
Things I can do if becoming a leader.
1. Improving The Fto: My thinking For FTO is, FTO Will Choose The Future Of ORG Because FTO IS ONLY who can Train New Employees. So thinking To Put the FTO Position IN HC Position, So Everybody Will Do His Work As Fto.
2. Improving the ARO: Since there are not many ARO officers in the organization I would like to add more employees to the AR0 Team to revive patients who are outside the city or in areas where the ambulance can't reach.
3. Improving the Hostage Situation:
I will make sure that every HSA member is well-trained and capable of handling the HSA situations very well so that none of the Hostage Situations will be missed.
Also ill try to give medical treatment Whenever Global is Held.
4. Better Relation With EMS EMPLOYEES: As Since I've been HC IN EMS FROM LAST 2 months I Got Many Friends In ems Who Can blindly Support me, without any hesitation RN Even Half Of HC Is MY Best Friend.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Normally I saw many times Ems Doesn't Attend Any Global, but For Better Rp, We will provide Adrenaline Shots or we will do full Health Checkups Of Leo's Who are attending The Global. So they Can Protect the State in a Better Way!
2. Better Relation With Every Org - I am IN ems For the Last 2 months And I know Every Single Org Leader and Deputy So I can guarantee that All ORG RELATION With EMS Will BE ON Top!
3. Many Times I saw, Doctor Who Standing IN the lobby not Doing much Rp (For example They Just say Patching you UP) It's Not proper Rp, so I'll make Sure That My Employees Do Better Rp With Citizens And Also Ill Explain Benefits of Doing Better Rp Like (Getting Grand Ticket, Getting More Experience and Fun While Doing Rp)
4. For Better Health Condition Of state employees Our HC Will Make Sure That They Are Doing 2 State-inspection Per Week.
