Early life
Patches McBobb was born on the 6th of september 1969, Son of Dolf McBobb and Eva McBobb.
Patches Mcbobb grew up with a caring family, He would get birthday presents every year and celebrate christmas like most normal families, Patches had a friend named Joe, Joe had asked Patches if he could stay with him and his parents, Patches asked his parents but knew that they would not allow him to stay over as it was a normal school week and the parents of Patches
took school seriously, no friends over during the week and homework should always be done. 3 days had passed when Patches got a call from Jenifer that Joe had hung himself at home, this was the beginning of Patches downfall. He started experimenting with drugs which also changed his mood, he became less joyous and started slitting his wrist enjoying watching the blood flow down his arms. He was sent to multiple therapist and he would always answer the question, '' why do you hurt yourself?'' with a clear and decisive '' It allows me to make sure that i am,that i can feel and bleed.'' out of the 100+ times Patches cut himself, only a handful of times did he actually attempt to kill himself. Both of Patches Parents passed away when he moved to Los Santos, Patches does not fear death but rather wishes to embrace it.
A few criminals have attempted to mug/rob Patchesbut to the surprise of the criminal. Patches told him to pull the trigger, Patches further elaborated that he was not afraid as he was looking forward to death. Several times the criminal ran away wondering what the hell was wrong with this person.
Moving to Los Santos
Patches Decided to move to Los Santos and attempted to become a cop. This attempt would fail as he found the employees of LSPD too incompetent to do their job. He requested training multiple days after each other with no success. He demanded to be fired where it also took them longer than necessary to process his letter of resignation. Patches then found his home with Government where he willingly started at the bottom as a front desk worker. An opportunity rose and a position became available working for the department of social development, After one event the rest of the department found it too hard to cope with and left Government all together. Patches was thrown into the deep-end where he worked tirelessly to save the department. Patches Hosted some of the best events that the city had ever seen and even pursued creating events after quitting due to an altercation at work. Patches returned to GOV when Poppy Lasombra became Governor and became Speak of the House due to his ability
to speak to people in a reasonably respectful way.
Today
After leaving Los Santos for a while Patches has decided to return and currently dedicates his time to help the people of Los Santos at the Capitol building. Giving Advice to fellow employees and citizens of the state.
Outcomes
1. Patches McBobb is able to secretly consume narcotics while working
2. Patches may choose if he wishes to detain and process a criminal for things such as (Drugs, Over Carrying, Illegal Firearms, Illegal Vests and other processes that may be deemed illegal)
3. Patches has bodycam automatically on 23 hours 7 days a week
4. Patches may flirt with co workers
5. Patches can carry Illegal firearms, upon being searched and that item was found he would have to face the law like every citizen.
6. Patches in many instances does not fear for his life as he is anyway suicidal

8. The left toilet of the Capitol Building is regarded as Patches Office, No-one is to use that stall without his permission.
