Life Story:
Growing up in the hood of Los Santos, Devin had to learn the streets quickly and at an incredibly early age. By the time he was 13, he had made over 6mill selling coke, weed, and guns. After a few years of doing anything he could to make some money by himself, he ran into the leader of the blood gang. Gaining their trust by selling the guns and doing small jobs for them, he slowly rose in the ranks. Making more money than ever now not only selling but also jobbing and kidnapping for ransom made him and his new friends tons of money. When Devin turned 17, he was involved in a store robbery that wound up leaving some of his closest friends dead and him in Prison for 3 years.
Career Story:
After leaving Prison Devin saw that the criminal life was not for him, and he then decided to join the National Guard where he learned how to use a gun and kill properly becoming the Head of military police in only 7 years. From the National Guard Devin then got a job as a FIB agent at 27, again excelling in every aspect of the job learning how to spy on people and gather intel. At 32 Devin decided he wanted to pursue a career in Government as a lawyer getting into politics started to bring out the best in Devin as well as the worst. Understanding “some things just need to be done for the greater good.”
Career Story Continued:
While in Government Devin Spent most of his time keeping corrupt officials out of prison “and putting good ones behind bars.” As time passed Devin started making very powerful friends and attracting the attention of old friends from the FIB. Some of the high commanding officers saw the potential in Devin being wasted for 4 years being a government lawyer. Convincing Devin to come back to FIB and giving him the rank of Head of Under Cover. Now, having the information gained from his time as a lawyer and his time dealing in politics, Devin is even more dangerous. With an unknown agenda and no ties to anyone but himself.
Outcomes:
1. Can use the weapons and items he finds on criminals

3. Can kill 10-15's on/off duty for not listening
