2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I was lieutenant in bloods already So i know the procedure, Bloods has disbanded so i wasnt able to further my rankings of becoming a Bloods HC but now I am trying to take my chances for Being Bloods Leader i have great expectations and goals which i achieve Bloods Leader and show that I am very much able,willing,ready,fit to run a gang. My second reason why i think i should be leader of Bloods is probably not as valid but we need competition on the Gang Side of things turfs,events,ETC, im trying to make EN1 events and everything as fun and exciting as possible and bring back that Gang RP. My third and final reason why i think i should be the leader of THE BLOOD STREET GANG is because Bloods Is a great gang and I feel like The Bloods Name has alot of potention and I would just like to Further that.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Interviewing or questioning Members wanting to join (Ghetto Rules Event rules,Rules For RP,HQ Rules (which will stop players who dont know what they are doing from entering and messing up bloods or getting us gang warnings)
- More/Better RP with Leos
- Make sure bloods has great HC's so that if i am not available they can run it perfectly without nothing going wrong and also making sure that everyone knows what they need to be doing
