Rejected Hello Admin posting a complain about unreasonable fines, jail time, license restriction.

Hello admin good evening.
I played the game like I usually do, anyway there was biz war in my family and I was hurry and drove in the opposite side of the road cop arrested my and he took all my 4 licenses (Air transport, boat transport, gun license, and car license) Also find me for around 85k$ for such reason.
I mean like its unreasonable guys please check this dude out, he doing whatever he wants.

please also check that the reason he gave me is unreasonable for such punishment.
I got not proofs but I'm sure guys you can check my backpack and see that no license at all and all my fines, or last commands made by this dude.
when you finish the investigation will i get back things back for such injustice?
