Bobby margiela refused my complaint for FL and refused the other player's complaint to kill me in town, the other player killed me in town and has to be punished by the rules like I was for not speaking English.
Please check again and use the rules on everyone.
I accept my punishment but I request the punishment for the other player 40556

The reason for no punishment is that, I wont be able to judge when you both are speaking in a Foreign language in a RP situation specially when its an English server, that way I cant tell if you Provoked him or swore at him that got him pissed enough to kill you.​

we were talking, and he killed me, but even if he had proved he can kill me in town? anywhere? I don't know these rules, I ask again that we both be punished, even because he is also speaking in the same language as me and was not even punished for that.

As I can see on you video, you had some talk on forein language, so it was some RP situation. Shooting in city is prohibited without RP reason.
