> I wanna give it a try to find good shooters for turfs and take the 100% territories. Also, I will make sure that me or my deputies take care of the gang event participation, they should go to as many as they can.
> Increasing the activity and online in Ghetto by maintaining constant robberies and shooting in the area so the people will think before passing through dangerous area of the map or dealing with Bloods.
> Experience. I had experience in roles which include leadership and decision making, such as multiple roles of leader or deputy or administrator of the server.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
> People that join must prove knowledge of rules and RP of this server.
> Not rejecting all the new players, instead we could take them and indicate or help them learn the rules.
> Creating multiple RP situations which require the presence of other organizations, like taking hostages, looking for state organization members for robbing/asking for a reward for them.
