Hello, I am writing this complaint against the administrator Bill Austin, in whose case favoritism towards his friends could not be more obvious and unfair.
A complaint was posted exactly a week ago, on the 10th of January, about the Bloods leader clearly breaking server rules as you can see in this link: Reviewed - Bloods I shooting out of event zone. This server rule about shooting outside the gate of submarines has been enforced and many people had been already punished this past week for breaking it. Especially in this care, where it is the leader of the organization breaking such a rule, actions and punishments should have been taken.
For some unclear reason though, administrator Bill Austin locked the thread and did not review the complaint all throughout the past week. Only today it was finally closed with no punishments issued obviously, because there is nobody to punish anymore since the gang has been disbanded as the term reached it's end.
I want to mention that this is not the only instance where Mr Bill Austin tried to avoid fairly punishing the organization he is curating. These two threads is additional proof: Approved - Wrong decision I Bill Austin, Reviewed - Wrong punishment | Bill Austin. In both cases he avoided giving the bloods gang a warning to try and keep them from getting disbanded. I just want to point out that I am making this complaint so that higher admins can be aware of this situation and that these type of issues don't come up in the future as people are starting to strongly feel unmotivated to play in such an unfair environment.
