Hello,
First off, thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. I have no complaint against a specific admin, I simply want to appeal my ban for general rule 6.3. I am a detective with LSPD, working very hard on achieving Lieutenant. I have worked diligently and tirelessly on ranking up LSPD since I joined, and have dedicated 100% of my time to LSPD since joining the organization. I have my bodycam on at all times, log every arrest and ticket I write, and do nothing but my best to follow all protocol and procedures. To be completely frank, I was entirely unaware of rule 6.3, I must have forgotten it since reading the rules, and that is 100% on me. I was not intentionally breaking the rule in any capacity. It is extremely common (hopefully fellow officers at LSPD or leaders can back me up in saying this) that our ammo return function does not work. When that occurs, I store the ammo/guns/armor used for a later return when it is in working order. I have never, EVER, used any government/LSPD/organization ammo except for it's purpose as intended, and would never dream of doing so. This was simply my fix to a (OOC speaking) glitch in the game, and if I had been aware of rule 6.3, I would have found a different work around such as dropping the ammo/guns/armor. I have again, NEVER used the organizations tools in an inappropriate or malicious manor, and frankly haven't had time to since I am always clocked in and on duty when I fly into the city. Please understand my misunderstanding, and approve my appeal of this ban. I will gladly return all ammo/guns/armor by whatever means necessary, and do whatever I need to in order to pay reparations to my org/admins. My chief/deputy chief were Kye Mathers and Gabi Tosca. I think they can speak well for my character and dedication.
