I'm writing this thread directly to you because I don't have good faith in that the thread otherwise gets the attention that it deserves. What happened tonight is unprofessional at best, but should result in a clear warning for the mentioned administrator.
Dylan Schnapp, ID 21674 has clearly some personal hatred against one or more players out of my family and is willing to target them and manipulate reports. First of all, he starts to only process tickets, which involve one or more of my family members. Proof: - Time of creation: 01.19.2023 - 3:50 AM
Only 10 minutes later, he starts to process the other tickets (maybe to cover up his actions, idk). Proof: - Time of creation: 01.19.2023 - 4:00 AM
While processing these tickets, the administrator is deleting comments from me out of the following threads:

Here he deletes a comment of mine, that states that the roof of our family building is accessible from the front of the house (important) - you can check that within the moderation log of the specific thread.
I have written this comment because the thread owner accused us of placing our panels onto a non-reachable rooftop. So I provided a statement to the thread about how the roof is accessible and that I'm willing to show the administrators proof if needed.
Second - RDM and OOC Talk - Link: Approved - RDM und OOC Talk | 19246 , 47763
Here he deletes a comment I made about the thread owner using OOC information for his IC actions, after opening the thread for one of my family members talking OOC.
In my comment, I stated that in his own words (from the thread owner) he was trying to "verify" what I said about the accessibility of our rooftop from the front of the house OOC in the forum and that I would have liked to see him get punished for that. Everything is again, verifiable from your side with the moderation log of the specific thread.
These were just the incidents that happened to me tonight though - He also reacted to a live, on-server report that was triggered by a forum report, editing it during the clarification without addressing my family member's evidence. After being called on it, he does not see his mistake and continues to disregard the evidence presented. I'm sorry to bother you, but I can't see where this is acceptable behavior from a senior administrator of DE1 and I'm eager to see how you feel about this kind of targeted wrong-doing.
