I spoke with admins in the city yestaday regarding this and they advised me to put the title of this after lebron told me to fix the Title.

I got banned for gen rule 6.3 and i got a perm ban i am wondering if there is any chance that i can get my account back i am sorry for the rule break and at the time i didnt know that it wasent allowed now i understand the rules. I am willing to do money wipe our you can take every thing from there i was high level on there and just wondering if you can nothing will happen like that again i never break the rules of grand rp. At the time you will see when i was banned i did offer to give the stuff back and i even spoke with admins about this but i never got the chance to give them back please can you look and see if i can get my account back it would be much appricated and no rule break will happen again thanks for taking the time to look into this
