2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1.The opportunity to inspire and guide a group of individuals towards a shared vision or goal.

2.The ability to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact within the community.

3.The potential for personal and professional growth through the responsibilities and challenges of leadership.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

-Understand and stay true to the role you are playing: It's important to have a clear understanding of the character you are playing and the organization you are representing. This will help you stay in character and make your role-playing more authentic.
-Be an active listener: Good communication is key to any successful role-playing experience. Listen to others and respond in a way that makes sense for your character and the situation.
-Be creative and open-minded: Role-playing is an opportunity to be someone else and to explore new ideas and scenarios. Be open to new possibilities and let your imagination run wild.
-Be consistent: Try to maintain the same level of role-playing throughout the experience, and try to avoid breaking character or acting out of character.
-Be respectful: Remember that everyone is participating in the role-playing experience together, so it's important to be respectful of other players and their characters.
-Take feedback constructively: If you receive feedback, try to see it as an opportunity to improve your role-playing skills. Listen to others and try to incorporate their suggestions into your role-playing.
-Practice, practice, practice: Like any other skill, role-playing takes practice to improve. The more you role-play, the better you will become.
Thank you,
Pedro Agustin
