I think, I didn't do CR there it was a just little touches that not effect other player. Also my friend tried to steal his car thats why I did hit him there.

You yourself said "u did hit him there" you cannot car ram someone if your friend wants to steal the vehicle and i can understand 1 or 2 touches but u were ramming.
