I want to be leader of Vagos because I have past gang experience,before i was leader of Familis and bloods before in server 1.. i have been in vagos,marabunta,blood. also withmy fast fmaily we do store robbry, 5-6 hostage situation everyday, i want keep doing crime rp in city. no matter how many pepole i have. tha main reason i want become Vegos leader in org i have enough people for crime activity.. I also think with the experience I have in the city and the friends ive made that would be interested in joining i could most definitely lead a gang that will be successful at events.I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies. i could most definitely lead a gang that will be successful at events. Without break any rule.. we focused only ic crime like hostage situation.sotore robery,ng raid, subs
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization:
I also want to make sure that the organization goes to every event that there is. I like all of the org events and i will make sure that the orginization is active in those events(like Cland, battleship, gun store robbery, submarine,blackmarket raids) .I also want to make sure that the organization will do global events to make the orgs become closer.as i know i need some guns ammo and armor fast day for starting gang .. i have some rich investor thay like to invest in gang .. i give them profite from turf earning..
i will make some rules in gang.. if anyone brek any rule thay will get Demotion or kick from gang
1-No toxicity allowed in gang,
2- Evryone need to attend 3cland
3-no kiling each other in gang hq
4- everyone need to attend all ic gagn rp situation
i will make 3 team..
1-turf team:thay will do turf for gang
2-grafiti team: as i see lots of people fast see so much money gang earn from grafiti.. and thay join that gang.. grafiti team is most importent team.. i will make one grafiti leader he will recute people who knows all grafiti locations
3-recrute team- evertime i see gang getting disband becoz lots of people dont know rules and thay break rules.. and gangs got warning. so recrute team will take strict invterview..
