After getting punished for CR while on duty he has been talking as the title describes. for more than 16 min after saying that he is becoming an admin. To be honest, we can't be having an admin that doesent know/respect the rules. I mean no disrespect but it's bad if admin application is that easy.

it was going for longer than i recorded for the whole time. For example 4:40 speaking abt ooc cars, 10:00 to 14:21 talking abt where is he living and arranging a meeting. 8:08 mentionning that he's gonna be an admin.
And they didn't stop until Head of HR department wrote "10-3 for the last time".

everything else are an ic issue you can talk with the leader and tell him icly to give him strike etc​
