So basically you guys need to see the background of a streamer when you guys are giving free stuff for promotion
Recommendation
at the first point, it has to be stopped immediately because you give a lot of stuff to them and they just make a lot of mess inside the game for us, We play this game each day every day while the streamers just play for some hours to chill around breaking rules and shit and even if we report to an admin he says to post it on forums


Actual complaint:
so I caught this guy on (STREAM) breaking rules and shooting inside our HQ without any single reason and when we clapped him he failed to comply with the RP session

Rules broken :

1.5 On the spawn of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(Raid) for state employees(LSPD,SAHP,FIB and etc.) as well for crime organisations

6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.

Hello. First of all, I have no idea why you are mentioning the fact that we are giving them money in order to be able to stream in our server.

I have no idea what mess you are talking about. The fact that the streamers are receiving money has nothing to do with your complaint. Thus it is irrelevant.
