2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be the leader because I've been on the server for 1.5 years and have experience leading both families and organizations. I've also been in both legal and criminal organizations, so I have the information, abilities, and experience necessary to lead both. I will make a loud and forceful statement through my leadership so that everyone is aware of how a well-run organization functions.
- During my term, I will ensure that there are HCs from various time zones to keep our units patrolling and towing in the city. I will also ensure that I select my deputy from a variety of time zones. In addition, I'll see to it that the organization has a solid HC team that can run it without me. All departments will be of the highest caliber, and department heads will be carefully chosen.
- I will implement new processes for promotions and ranks because I am really driven to assist the town of Los Santos with a police force that is stronger and that no threats want to deal with. Making the IA team really strong would be my first priority because it is crucial to always monitor your officers in the organization.
3. Your Advices of improving RolePlay level in organisation.
Internal Affairs: will get choosed by Leader/Deputy for fighthing against corruption and ongoing case files of officers caught in the wrong
Human Resources: officers which is in charge of recruitment and training of new and upcoming Police Officers.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): These officers known as the “Juggernauts” of all our special operations. Skilled in Gun fight and tactics and lead of our Ghetto Patrol/Subs/Bank Protection/Store Robberies/Hostage Situations
The Detective Bureau (Undercover Department): The divison for collecting evidence of crimes and going for drug busts.
Towers Of LSPD (Parking Enforcement): will be towing cars which is illegally parked they will be cleaining our streets for 24/7.
- I will also make sure that all the interviews will be difficult so that we can test everyone's capability so that there will be no rule breaks and providing better RP for all LEOs and Criminals.
4. my goals for LSPD:
- always having units which is patrolling in city.
- make sure to keep our all departments active.
- hiring the ex officers due to their experiences.
