Hello Mazor,
this complaint is against tech support. I'm very specific against CrazyM.
I noticed on December 15th that my blue Louis Vuitton top was removed from my inventory. So I opened a ticket in the technical section. He then replied that this was normal.

I then contacted Tom Cooper, who referred me to Napal.
I contacted Napal the same day.
Shortly after this message, CrazyM contacted me on the Discord and told me that he would send me the blue Louis Vuitton top by post.
I was then banned for 60 days on December 22nd. I think you caught this ban. I was then unbanned by Tom Cooper on January 16th.
When I logged back in for the first time, I drove straight to the post office to pick up my blue Louis Vuitton top.
Then I had to find out that this garment has a lock. My old top didn't have this as it was from an auction.
I then opened a ticket on January 16th in technical support.
CrazyM replied: "Therefore this top cannot be transferred."

I then opened another ticket on January 18th.
There I was the first to get this answer: "We will check and give an answer here".
and a day later I got this reply: "This item will now be linked to the account".

I waited and nothing happened. I then opened another ticket on January 23rd and I only got this answer from Crazy: "This means that it is now linked to the ID".

I paid a lot for this top back then and now I have to realize that I can never sell this top again. It's not my fault that it was removed. So I ask that you take a look at this case again and I hope that I can get my top back in the condition that I can sell it.
