Reviewed Ban for Gen 4.1 | Stefan Caraveo | @Mazhor

Dear admin team, dear Mazhor,

I was banned on 23.01.2023 at 00.00h for Gen 4.1.

I had on 23.01.2023 shortly before 0 o'clock my first PC Check with Amur Xozis, Harald Baummeier, Rodrigo Ghost and Stefan Caraveo. The PC Check went well until I was handed the Havy Sniper by Stefan Caraveo.

I had a not allowed gunpack inside, which I was not aware of.

I had installed the gunpack based on this picture on 22.01.2023

There I saw for the first time this huge skin. Stefan Caraveo has sanctioned me accordingly and wanted to end the PC Check.

The PC Check was continued by my will, because I have nothing to hide and this Gunpack was a stupid self-inflicted mistake. The PC Check was fine except for the gunpack.



For what it's worth:

I have 10 POV's from Jan. 25, 2023 (Red Zone stay) and can prove quite a bit from said day.

I sincerely apologize for breaking this rule. It was never my intention to gain a game advantage through a gunpack, moreover I was not aware that this gunpack contains such a skin.

I see my mistake 100% and have learned from this mistake. I removed the gunpack immediately.

I have never been noticed by anything strongly negative. I have never been banned. I have a few minor rule breaks, oke.... but otherwise a normal player.
I would be very grateful if you could give goodwill on the ban and reduce the days, so I can play again on Grand DE1.

Hello,

overall it is correct to punish for that but recording to your records Mazhor can decide about reducing your ban if you follow our instructions to never use that gunpack again.
