Well they were two friends 95216 and 95219. The first one (95216) was permanently banned after the situation for cheating the second one was also cheating maybe.
Check 0:43 he just respawned himself, no it is not dsync or any network issue u can clearly see how he dropped from the sky. Yhis is how cars spawn when we enter the garage.
