2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1 -> I want to be leader or MRPD because I have pass experience as deputy of fib and lspd. I whole like to lead the pd leadership because I am very respectful to officers and curator no matter what I work hard and I’m a fast learner. The fact that I have been in many org and many term I have learned apt from pass leaders from their mistakes that I will not do in my term. My personal rules if I will get leadership is that there will be not Favouritism or disrespectfull people in the org.
2 -> to avoid inactivity in the organisation I will implement a system called ( task mission) this will be a task that you need to do each week to avoid getting demoted or kicked or even you can get a promotion, end of the week there will be the employee of the week that they will get 150k and 2x promotion. ( depends on curators)
And I will be making a new ranking system.
3 -> I think hr, IA and undercover team are the most important team so I will be choosing the head of every department with attention!
The hr team will be doing 4-5 recruitment drives each week until we are full and they will be controlling the logs with ia and the promotion ceremony
The ia team will be checking every day if officers have licenses and gun license and if they are over carrying or have illegal weapons and they will do activity check on officers logs
The undercover team will do bust undercover stuff like drugs and ammo in bulk i the ic way and they will be doing at least 3 evidence each day so the leader can do case files so we can end gang activity. And all of this departments will make LSPD fun!
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1-> more rp situations more rp for cops like patrolling vine wood hills or mirror park ecc….
2 -> more rp commands more rp for cops like /me grabs him by the arm and drags him out the car
3- less rule breakers my hr team will work on this they will not invite PPL that don’t know the rules or just like to play around and flex around their badge they will get black listed ( approval by senior curator of LSPD )
