2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I. I worked in EMS in EN3 for 3 terms and in EN1 for 2 Terms, And i was an I served as Senior FTO in EMS and as a Senior FTO HC in EN3(Chief of Staff) it means i am having prior knowledge of EMS and the work environment, i am fully sure to lead this specific organization.
II. Whenever a Curator selects a leader, they ask about the favoritism every time, I am sure that ill lead the organization without any conflicts and favoritism.
- As whole server knows the critisicm and favoritism is going on for last two terms, So i'll guarantee to stop this thing in EMS and make this a better place with great RP.
III. EMS is best organization in Los Santos, and it will be honor to become leader of such org.
IV. As I Already made so many document for EMS in EN3(Training and FTO Docs), when the starting of En03 server and helped all the trainees with training, I see myself the leader of this specific organization.
V. As i worked in every single legal organization as a High Command, I better know how to run an orgnization and relation with all state orgs.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. So the main problem of EMS is there are less night shift employees, I'll fix them with proper Open Recruitment with targeted time zones.
2. Second main problem is People are not getting training time to time and no one is trying to become FTO in EMS, I'll surely come up with an new idea to recruit new FTO with better bonus system and with proper training structure. (As i have been a SENIOR FTO HC)
3. There will be no favorotism done by me, which will make this org a non-toxic place.
4. I'll make sure that the recruitment is done properly, I'll do LifeInvader Ad and proper Citizen Anuncements and State Wave,So we can recruit people properly and it will help us to avoid people complaining to get recruited and spamming us.
5. When i leaved EMS, and when i died out of city, no EMS employee came to revive me out of city several times, So i'll surely make Air Rescue Department better so the people will not end up dying in Sandy Shores.
6. I'll take care of the proper State Inspection on all state organization, Because so many LEO's works without health insurance and it is not safe for them.
⦁Inner City events (Racing events, Fighting championships, Car Shows, etc.)
⦁Bank Robbery event, to support other LEOs.
⦁Government recruitment events, etc.
⦁ Improvising the Hostage Situation
7. Roleplay is the main thing for whole GrandRP project but many employees were not doing RP while working, So with new training structure they will get to know that the RP is main thing in EMS. (How to do RP)
8. I'll make sure that all of the High Commands be calm in every situation and don't get toxic on employees.
9. I'll make sure and will handle properly, if the employees gets toxic to citizens for no reason. (With Senior Curator Approval)
10. I'll make sure that the all EMS structure will be re-designed for better place.
11. New Bonus System Will be Introduced for proper work in EMS environment.
12. A new ranking system will be introduced for better RP in EMS
13. I worked under best leader in EN1 and i got to know so many thing that how to run org. properly, So i'll implement/execute the things properly.
