1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
---I want to be the leader of NG because I am a very good leader and I think I have the necessary leadership skills required to be the leader of an org. I also want to end favoritism I saw a lot of cases of a leader inviting their friends/relatives giving them HC positions without even knowing the servers rules / ORG rules . Also I have seen that the recents term were not succesful due to the lack of information the leaders had ( Especially NG one of the leaders was speaking english like a 3 year old child )
----Also I have seen that some people get rewarded very easy and some hard working people dont get the recognition they need so I want to change this.
---In my ORG people will be very good trained because I dont like mistakes . Also to join NG you will need to know the most important rules (PG, NLR,Metagaming ,DM, RDM, VDM, etc) bacause I have seen a lot of players ramming cars on events and I will not tolerate that
--- Also I have seen that NG was not very active in the last 1-2 months and I think that can be changed by creating new departaments , treating the players as friends and doing funny events every week ( box match , kart races , etc ) with the help of the GODS , promotion ceremonies every week and bonuses daily because this will increse the moral of the players and make them play more
--- The final reason is a OOC one. My dad is a veteran of the Yugoslav War and I want to make him proud by being the leadr of the army and I also love the army culture and this can be seen by the fact that I am on a Military College!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
-Weekly fun events
-Everyone will be equal ( No favoritism )
-Daily Bonuses
-The intreview will hard
-Organized Logs ( I have OCD so I like everything to be organized and clean )
-Org hopping will be punished very hard
-I will do transfers if the player wants to change orgs
-EVERYONE WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT
Changes that I want to make
New deapartments:
I.A- :"nternal affairs" they will deal with hiring,logs creation and also they are the only ones that can issue warnings and strikes to the soliders
S.A.S - Special Air Service. They are the soliders that keep the skies clear from traffickers and other threats. Everyone who wants to join this division will be very good trained for a week!
S.O.T - Special Operation Team. They will be the first to arrive to hostage situations and other events. To be in this dep. you need to be atleast a Corporal and also to be a good shooter
FPP - First Person Protection. They are the soldiers that keep the general safe. To become one you need to be very loyal and you need to be at least a Captain
N.O.O.S.E - National Office of Security Enforcement. They are the lets say undercover soliders that gather information from gangs and criminal families and bring them to serve them justice on bread .

As you can see I have some experince in legal orgs so I know all the important rules
Bonus System
Everyday at 19:30 everyone will get a 30k bonus.
For protecting gates-5k ( Proof can be sent in Logs )
Each week every solider will recive an individual bonus that will be chosen by how hard working he/she was (MAX 100K)
My strengs and my weakneses
Strengts
-I am a good leader this was proven by the fact that I was the President of my class back in the days
-I am a good listener and I can listen to soliders problems
-I am friendly. I dont like and I dont want toxic people in my org ( Blacklist for toxicity )
-I am pretty funny so I can raise the moral of my soliders by making them laught and also they can create memories with me by doing little parties everyday after the 30k bonus
- I know romanian english and a little bit of italian
Weakneses
- I am lazy sometimes but not always
-Sometimes I have anger problems caused by OOC reasons like not enought sleep
-Because I am a Romaniam english is not my first language but I speak it fluently
