I got banned even though there was no complaint on me. I asked a admin why was I banned and the reason given to me was GR 3.1

Gr 3.1 is a banned of a maximum of 7 days yet I have not been unbanned and it says the date of end is 11/2/2023. Can I please have my account back now it has been over a month for a ban that's only supposed to be 7 day long , and also I was never provided any proof of doing anything wrong.
