Early Life:
Growing up on the streets of Oakland King was the youngest of 2 brothers. His Mom was a dopephiend junkie & pops was a known drug dealer throughout the city. Nevertheless he loved his parents deeply and they loved him. He was a straight shooter, no nonsense guy. Athletic yet extremely intelligent, his IQ score was 165 and he took pride in knowing his intelligence was greater than Albert Einstiens. As a youth King would hang out with his older brother Kevin lamar trying to emulate him in almost every way. Kevin was his role model
Young Adulthood:
As king grew older he saw his brother get accepted into the FIB as a junior agent and move away to the city great city of Los Santos. This however broke his moms heart and infuriated his father knowing they're son was gonna be law enforcement. Life a she knew spiraled outta control with his mom using drugs more and more, his dad began using and many nights King found himself outside slanging all night trying to just make ends meet and keep his family afloat.
One night some rival dealers kicked in Kings front door and executed his mom as a warning to get out of Oakland. Kevin didnt even attend the funeral. His dad moved away to Sandy Shores to revel with the rest of the trash. Alone in this world thats when King made the decision to get revenge on who destroyed his life.
Adulthood:
King applied to FIB and breezed thru the placement tests both physical and intellectual scoring in the top 99% ever. From there he was fast tracked to supervisor of dept in just a few months only to discover his brother was blacklisted for braking rules and illegal activity. The streets of Oakland prepared him for this though. So now as A FIB agent it was time for answers and King intended on getting them by any means possible, even if he had to break some rules of his own.
Outcome:
1. King can receive bribes up to 100K maximum.
2. King can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
3. King keeps a hidden radio on her 24/7
4. King can confiscate items from others and their vehicles for personal reasons (not from vehicles and only with RP reason).
5. King can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
6. King is bias towards family members.
7. King can buy/sell weapons in black market.
8. King can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
9. King can remove a person off the wanted list, let them walk free, or reduce their jail time if she feels like it
10. King carries a PDA that is always connected to the FIB cloud.
11. King can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer and without reading Miranda rights
12. King can rob ATMs.
13. King can change makeup whenever needed to conceal identity from others.
