So I was coming out of DOC and I saw some infrastructures are not good around me in DOC then I saw this guy then he started doing VDM to me and then started doing CR. At last when I killed him and was going to cuff him to process he left the city (CL).

ID 83221 will receive a punishment for CL

It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.​
