Rejected - Event Rule 1.18 I Ulvi Misircioglu

In foundry event at 14:20, there is a spot that you can enter through black silo, we have tried more than 10 times and checked the spot that you can climb there even tho you did not start from up there. Ulvi just punished me for no reason told him that place is accessable he didn't even...

As you can see in the POV, it is really clear that the spot is accessable. Ulvi_Misircioglu sent me to demorgan with 120 minutes and even tho we tried to explain him that you can go up there. He didn't even listened. He told me that you can not get outside of the yellow circle then comeback. But in #event-rules section discord, there is no rule about it. I got punished by ER 1.18. Told you that i was going to publish an proof that is not 1.18. Its the 2nd wrong punishment this week and the time waste is being really annoying even though i have prime plus.
