i brought a house and a car the car state value was 80k and i brought it for 80k and i brought the house{apartment} the state value of the apartment is 500k brought it for 250k i didnt even pay him money after buying he apartment cuz he was ergent to sell it
i would like to no were i went wrong i didnt have any intenion to brake any rules of the server i just got a good deal of a guy who was in a hurry to sell his stuf

Mistake that you have made is, Passing cash to the person whom wants to buy the car from you, which is forbidden
