Hello Citizens of Los Santos. I Present to you why I should be leader of LSPD

2.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
- In LSPD which I have been a part of many terms, I have seen a lot of slacking in departments and leaders. When I was in LSPD I eventually joined "Detectives" and It was never up for more than 2 weeks so as a leader I hope to be I will hire the best man for that job and keep it running the whole term I am a part of.
-I want to prove myself as a good and trustworthy leader to many other organizations.
- Through my terms as a Fellow LSPD recruit I've seen the amount of Cadets that I will make sure get trained ASAP Once they are recruit so they can start making their way to the top!
What I will bring to LSPD as leader:
1.I will make sure to get the "Detectives" A good and reliable leader that will always recruit and promote and get the tasks of the week done.
2.I will Make sure every Cadet will get its training ASAP when there is someone available
3. There will always be people patrolling around and keeping the streets safe while I'm Leader!
4. I will make sure every swat mission is taken care of when there is one.
5. I will increase the amount of people in organization (If they meet requirements).
6. I will punish anyone who shows disrespectful activity to ANYONE in org.
7. I will make sure to have more ghetto patrols to keep everyone safe no matter where they are.
8. I will give Bonuses to anyone if I see good/positive work.
9. There will be no tolerance for swearing
10. There will be no disrespectful behavior to any citizen while in custody or not
I will Raise These 5 Departments:
1. Swat: Swat is the department ready for anything that gets thrown at them. Their Fighting skills/Mobility Skills are on point. They will take care of ANY illegal plantations As soon as it's alerted and I will be sure of it. They will be there for any citizens in danger as quickly as possible. Their skills to be cautious, Sneaky and quickly paced activity proves their dominance. As the leader of LSPD I will be sure that this department will not have a captain that slacks considering how active this extremely important department works.
2.Detectives: As sneaky these people are, you will not know when you are being watched! Their outfits will never show even the littlest bit of them being a LEO. They will be seeing you when you are doing Illegal activity and when they do, They will STRIKE!! They will always be watching and investigating anything that seems suspicious. I will bring to The "Detective" Department one of the best leaders to run it and will be rewarded anytime they get their "Checklist of the week" Done!
3. Internal Affairs: While I am leader of LSPD I will make sure this department is always on the lookout for Fellow Officers of LSPD not doing their job correctly and will punish those that do. As I'm the leader I will be on the lookout so IA is always giving out Body Cam Checks to be sure the officers are using body cams AT ALL TIMES while on duty. I will be sure IA will make sure everyone of LSPD Don't have any illegal items and will be sure that everyone has all of their licenses up to date (Including Health Insurance. I will make sure his department takes a close eye on everyone filling out their logs as requested. I will be sure to put the right man on the job for this Department.
4. Human Resources and Training: I will make sure this department is active 24/7 and helps people with anything they may need. This Department will NOT Slack on giving out training because that is the #1 thing that this department slack on in my last few terms I've been a part of this org. This org will give out training, Promotions, and last but not least Recruiting! As I see this department Sadly slack throughout the terms. As the leader I will make sure that it doesn't happen under my watch!
5. Parking enforcement: This Department will have really simple but important tasks. 1. Give out Fines to cars illegally. 2. Tow Cars illegally parked 3. Keep the streets Clean. As the leader I will make sure they give out the right penal codes to the illegally parked cars, If not they will receive punishments. I will be sure to put the right person on the job for this department.
I will create a bonus system. If the orgs complete their checklist (That I will create) They will receive Bonuses such as promotions, Money Bonus Etc. If they do complete the checklist by the end of the week. Anyone that helped participate and checked off the list will all receive Bonuses. If they don't finish by the end of the week the department will receive a strike.
I will Make a promotion ceremony every week on Sunday. Anyone who did good work and got recognized will receive a promotion, Maybe even 2 depending on what they did. I will promote the Following: Really active, Arrests, Fines, even really positive attitude will receive a promotion. Me and the HR Team will keep a close eye and have a list of people that did good work throughout the week and we will decide on how many promotions they will receive. The HR team will also receive promotions on giving out promotions and keeping an eye out for anyone doing good work throughout the weeks.
3. Your Advices for improving Roleplay level in this organization
1. I will make sure that everyone in this org that is on duty will attend all events at all times and will be showing up on time to them.
2. I will not show any Favoritism to any officers over others, If you deserve your rank I will be sure you receive it.
3. If an Officer is not active for 2 days I will have IA Run an activity check on them if they don't respond in 24 hours they will be getting fired (If you are gone for a while Leave a LOA (Leave of absence) note that will be posted in forums.
4. I will make sure along with IA that every officer is filling out their Logs correctly and if they don't depending on how mad it is they will receive punishment such as strikes.
5. I will make sure every Department is up to date and will complete their tasks.
Since I just showed a lot of what I will do for the ORG I want to share a bit about myself. I'm a 16 year old that was in lspd for many terms and always had the dream of running it one day. I've been in LSPD and SAHP for quite a while and have noticed slacks that I want to fix. Being a leader of LSPD will help me show my dominance of being a reliable Officer to not just LSPD but any other organizations. Thanks for the Support
