The admin did not punish marabunta for UB demands, Punished me for mixing for saying "Marabunta will disband and GOV website" both of these things are IC and it is not mixing, the administrator is totally biased towards the marabunta and favors them, not giving them anything for them cutting hostages finger withouth a reason, and not giving punishment for unrealistic demands on the gang side. He did not punish marabunta for reacting to my mute and saying "Oh sad and we cant hear you" Which is also provoking and mixing by all present marabunta members.

PS: as type of punishment i had to put jail as mute is not an option

According to the context on how you said "Don't worry will take it to GOV website and Marabunta will get disbanded" It is clearly mixing. Regarding the UB demands that you were complaining about they have not written any RP command such as "/me cuts hostage finger" etc., so nothing can be done regarding that. Moreover, asking LEOs to not be on the roof is counted as a demand, from admin's POV with this amount of LEOs numbers, their org will be receiving a warning.

About the admin part, he did not pay attention due to having multiple situations is happening at the same time, so he missed it, in future you can make complaint on the forums if they did not receive punishment. Outcomes;
ID 26674 will receive a punishment for Fear RP.
Marabunta will be receiving a verbal warning for Provoking. (For their behaviour after a player got muted)
FIB will be receiving a warning for Fail RP. (For being on the roof as explained in above)​
