Rejected miss using powers

i was getting robbed but i had and i was not able to hearr the other pesons so i type in non rp chat that what should i do and then they type put your hand up i sak them how and then admin come and ask nothing and put me in jail this is totally miss use of powers and i didnt get chance to do pov is this how an innocent player should be treated ?
